This product was not as described or as shown in the picture. The picture shows the box to be slightly higher than it is wide, and the written description states that is is 8.5 inches high and 8 inches wide. However, the box that was sent is only 5.5 inches high. When I called to say they had shipped the wrong box to me, the response was that the box they shipped is the only Kiwi Shoe Shine Kit they carry "and no one else has ever complained about it." I said, "Well, it is not the box you advertised." They said I could return the product for a full refund, which I did. They refunded the cost of the box, but did not refund the cost of shipping, so I ended up paying the cost of shipping the priduct to me, plus the cost of shipping it back to them. I will not order anything from them again.

This is a fine valet set, sturdy construction, with a nice finish. this is a good product by KIWI, also a good job with the timley shipping, product arrived ahead of schedule, would most certainly order from them again.
